Eastern International Realty, Inc. was founded in 1987 as a full-service real estate company that provided comprehensive real estate solutions to multi-national clients in North America and Asia. Since its inception as a pioneer in servicing the American real estate needs of the Asian corporate community, Eastern has been providing commercial real estate expertise to a myriad of clients, ranging from individual investors to well-known multi-national corporations such as Samsung, Daewoo, Hyundai, Hankook Tire, Dongkuk, SsangYong, Hyosung, Kolon, SK, BiF, and Sharp, among others, for 24 years.
In 1997, due to rapidly growing demands from clients and associates in the New York Metropolitan area, Eastern initiated residential real estate services which have grown beyond expectations to gain public recognition.
Situated in Fort Lee, New Jersey, Eastern is at the center of the vibrant New York Metropolitan area real estate market. Our capacity to accommodate clients' needs reaches far beyond the Metro NY area to all of New York and New Jersey for our residential services and worldwide for commercial/corporate services.

Management Profile
In 1970, Mr. Bowen Pak graduated from Columbia University with a bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics and in 1972, he went on to earn his MBA degree in Finance, also from Columbia University. Immediately after obtaining his MBA degree, Mr. Pak joined Trans World Airlines and served for nearly a decade as Director of Corporate Planning and Research.
In 1981, Mr. Pak began his career in the real estate industry by joining Carson Investment Co., Inc. as the Managing Director.
Mr. Pak then accepted the position of Vice President in one of the most recognized real estate companies, Helmsley-Spear, Inc. and from 1985 to 1989, he further developed and exercised his knowledge and skills as a top-rated commercial broker.
Finally, in 1987, Mr. Bowen Pak founded Eastern International Realty, Inc. to bring a much higher level of professionalism to the Asian-American real estate industry. Even after 30 years, Mr. Bowen Pak continues to strive for unparalleled excellence with reliable, qualified, and experienced agents.
Mr. Bowen Pak holds Real Estate Broker Licenses for both New York and New Jersey.
